The City of Marion is seeking a capable Property and Facilities professional to manage Council land, property, and leasing portfolios. You will negotiate leases, support acquisitions/disposals, and provide expert advice on property transactions and governance.
The role requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project leadership, with a focus on delivering compliant, well-governed property outcomes. A current SA driver’s license and Child Secure training readiness are required.
