We are seeking client-focused, professional and personable individuals who thrive on providing face-to-face services to join our dynamic Workplace Services team.
As a Workplace Services Experience Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering 5 Star workplace experiences that enable our people do their best work.
As a trusted first point of contact, you will create a welcoming workplace environment while coordinating services and building robust client relationships. You will proactively anticipate and respond to client needs to enable effective work outcomes.
In this onsite client-facing role, you will act as a central point of coordination for workplace services, working collaboratively across the organisation and with external service partners. Through primarily face-to-face, as well as telephone and email interactions, you will provide responsive and client-centred support, welcoming visitors and managing enquiries with confidence and care. You will connect people with the appropriate support, services and solutions, contributing to positive and effective workplace operations.
Operating in fast-paced and complex environments, you will use sound judgement to assess priorities, balance competing demands and facilitate outcomes across diverse stakeholders. By anticipating needs, resolving issues and navigating challenges with professionalism and initiative, you will help create a positive and productive workplace experience. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service, creating productive partnerships and facilitating seamless delivery across teams and stakeholders, this role is for you.
As the role provides site-based support, you will be required to work onsite during business hours.

Experience in client facing roles such as reception, concierge, hospitality or other service industries, is highly regarded but not essential.
