About the job Snr Manager / Director Data Analytics
We are searching for 2 roles. Manager / principal & Director for a globally leading consulting MNC who are launching a new AI & Data Analytics practice in Australia.
Our client is a leading consultancy firm at the forefront of innovation, specializing in AI and Data Analytics solutions. This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering transformative solutions to clients. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading engagements from inception to successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the AI & Data Analytics space.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
- Actively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on AI and Data Analytics strategies.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and align our solutions accordingly.
- Technical Leadership
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Lead the development of innovative use cases and solutions to address client challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management within the AI & Data Analytics industry.
- Solid technical background with hands‑on experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor cross‑functional teams.
