Endeavour Foundation in Queensland offers multiple permanent roster lines in SIL homes with 35-40 hour fortnights and sleepover shifts. This role supports people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, across a variety of day and overnight shifts, to accommodate study, family time, and other commitments.
You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and community outings, while helping clients achieve their goals and maintain connections with their support network.
