Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders is seeking a Demi Chef to support our kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Under direction from Head/Sous Chefs, you will prepare and present food, maintain kitchen equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
You will contribute to menu development, uphold standard recipes, manage portions and waste, and work closely with colleagues to maintain a high-energy, guest-focused workplace.
