A growing rehab provider is on the lookout for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to take the reins of their key accounts. If you're driven by solid partnerships, smart solutions, and no fluff – this one’s worth a look.

About the role

This is a role that’s equal parts people and process. You’ll manage a portfolio of key customers, working closely with internal rehab teams to keep things running smooth.

- Be the go-to for your assigned accounts – responsive, reliable, relationship-focused
- Tailor support and solutions to suit each client's needs




- Spot the opportunities to offer more – upsell, cross-sell, think outside the box
- Work with internal teams (rehab consultants, OTs, EPs, counsellors) to deliver services without the hiccups
- Listen to client feedback and use it – improve services, lift satisfaction, strengthen partnerships
- Keep records tidy and useful – CRM, reporting, documentation
- Help shape client retention strategies that actually work

What you'll need:

- At least 3 years in a relationship management or account management role
- Bonus points for experience in occupational rehab or allied health
- Solid communication – written, spoken, and everything in between
- A knack for building long‑term, meaningful client relationships
- Confident with CRMs and comfortable analysing client data
- A practical, problem‑solving mindset with a service‑first attitude
