Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking casual and permanent part time nurses across the South Coast region, including Farmborough, Shellharbour, Gerringong, Berry and Nowra. You will provide high standards of clinical care for residents in our aged care home, supporting their independence and quality of life.
You will lead care plans, deliver and evaluate care to meet individual goals, and provide wound management, medication support and palliative care.
