About the Role

This isn't your average help desk job. As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll receive in-depth training in our application suite and be empowered to work autonomously through real customer problems — using your initiative, not a script.

Reporting to the Support Services Manager, you'll be front-line for our customers, solving application and hardware issues across a broad retail client base. It's a role where every day is different and the work you do has a direct, visible impact.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Brisbane office in Eight Mile Plains. The role participates in a team roster,



including rostered shifts and occasional after-hours support.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing first level and interim support across the Independent Solutions application suite
- Investigating and resolving software and business issues using available tools, manuals and support resources
- Identifying and correcting data integrity issues and application faults
- Assisting with software testing, evaluation, validation and documentation
- Proactively building and maintaining knowledge of relevant systems and customer trends
- Taking on tasks as directed by the Support Services Manager

- Previous experience in the retail industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail
- A passion for computers and Information Technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A drive for continuous learning and self-improvement
- An understanding of retail concepts and procedures
- Experience with testing and/or preparing technical documentation (desirable)
- Exposure to SQL and database administration (desirable, not essential)
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts and occasional after-hours support
