Glencore's Hail Creek Open Cut is seeking an experienced HME Superintendent to lead maintenance of one of the site's largest asset portfolios. Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you will drive safety leadership, ensure compliance, and deliver planned and corrective maintenance.
You will manage budgets and contractors, collaborate with planning, engineering and reliability teams, and champion continuous improvement across asset health and life-cycle strategies.
