THE ROLE

- Lead the overall delivery and performance of multiple commercial construction projects.
- Provide strategic direction across project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers, Site Managers and broader delivery teams.
- Oversee financial performance, forecasting, programme, procurement and project risk.
- Maintain senior-level relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Drive operational efficiency, systems, processes and continuous improvement across the business.
- Oversee major project opportunities, tenders and contract negotiations.
- Ensure strong standards across safety, quality, commercial performance and project delivery.
- Take ownership of overall construction performance and help drive the continued growth of the business.

YOU

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within commercial construction.
- Strong background overseeing multiple projects and high-performing project teams.
- Experience managing and mentoring Project Managers and broader construction teams.
- Solid commercial acumen with a proven understanding of budgets, margins, forecasting and risk.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, contracts, procurement and project delivery.
- Confident managing senior clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business performance.
- Ability to balance operational delivery with broader business objectives.
