Multiskilled Tradesperson – Remedial Building Projects

This is a hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys variety and has experience across multiple areas of construction. You will work across a range of remedial building projects, working closely with our Project Managers and Site Supervisors to deliver quality workmanship safely, efficiently and to specification.

Key responsibilities

- Carry out a range of remedial building works across Sydney
- Concrete repairs, patching and remediation
- Waterproofing and associated preparation works
- Rendering, plastering and surface preparation
- Carpentry and general building repairs
- Tiling and associated remedial works
- Painting and finishing works where required
- Assist with demolition, preparation and site set-up
- Identify issues on‑site and provide practical solutions
- Work from project instructions and specifications

About you

- White Card
- Reliable transport
- Demonstrated construction or remedial building experience




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- A relevant trade qualification or experience in remedial building will be highly regarded
