What you'll do:

- Own new business development across transport, freight forwarding, and warehousing in Victoria,and make your mark
- Spot opportunity, build strategic relationships, and craft logistics solutions clients can't say no to
- Lead high-stakes commercial conversations, craft compelling proposals, and close deals that stick
- Keep your pipeline sharp and your reporting sharper




- Partner with operations to deliver on every promise you make
- Become the name in Melbourne's logistics market,building brand presence and lasting trust

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years in sales or business development within transport, freight forwarding, or logistics
- Deep knowledge of domestic and international freight, customs, and trade
- Confident with MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- A communicator who can influence at every level and close complex deals
- Someone who builds trust fast and never leaves value on the table
