They are now seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team and contribute to a diverse pipeline of upcoming projects.

THE ROLE

- Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for a diverse range of commercial construction projects.
- Review project documentation, drawings, specifications and scope requirements.
- Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets and tender submissions.
- Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Analyse project risks, exclusions, inclusions and commercial requirements.
- Work closely with the construction and project delivery teams throughout the tender process.
- Assist with procurement strategies and ensure tender submissions are delivered within required timeframes.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project stakeholders.

YOU

- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within commercial construction.
- Robust experience estimating commercial construction projects across multiple sectors.
- Experience with projects such as education, health, aged care, community, leisure or government.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, costs, subcontractor pricing and procurement.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Confident reviewing complex documentation and identifying project risks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines within a fast-paced workplace.
