SPS Facilities is seeking a hands-on Queensland Operations Leader to drive performance across metro and regional QLD, from Cairns to the Gold Coast and beyond. You’ll report to the CEO, own the full P&L;, and manage a large field workforce of ~600 staff with close HR/payroll collaboration.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on complexity, makes sound judgments, and leads from the front with real autonomy and accountability while scaling our national facilities management footprint.
