- Identify, cultivate, and secure recent enterprise business opportunities for V2 AI’s Data & AI consulting services
- Deepen relationships with enterprise customers by understanding their evolving needs and positioning V2 AI for future engagements
- Pursue commercially sound projects and agreements aligned with customer business outcomes
- Maintain strategic oversight of delivery within accounts, ensuring projects stay on track and clients remain engaged
- Remove delivery roadblocks, mitigate risks, and support consultants’ long-term success
- Provide guidance and foster an environment where talent thrives
- Lead proposals, presentations, and statements of work in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Build an inclusive environment that removes barriers to innovation and collaboration

Requirements

- Proven experience leading and generating $3M+ multi-workstream data transformation engagements within large enterprises
- Consulting sales experience and strong executive relationships within Financial Services, Insurance, and/or Energy & Utilities
- Strong industry pedigree within the aforementioned verticals
- Solid understanding of Data & AI, cloud platforms, and application modernisation
- Ability to align technology solutions with customers’ business objectives and outcomes
- Experience identifying, qualifying, and pursuing enterprise opportunities
- Proven experience working with technology partners such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Expertise in leading delivery and change management, including technology adoption, organisational transformation,



and cultural change
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation
- Understanding of operational challenges and regulatory requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence executives, technical teams, and delivery partners
- Ability to lead compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work
- Ability to build an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives
