About this role

We are seeking aforward‑thinkingDirector to join ourCyber Resiliencepractice at a pivotal moment in the firm’s growth. This role blends deep cybersecurityexpertisewith the emerging frontier ofAI‑enabledprofessional services delivery. You will help clients solve complex security challenges while redefining how modern advisory work is delivered.

You will win and lead client engagements across cyber resilience services, shaping howAI‑enableddelivery is applied across the practice. Rather than being expected to build every solution personally, you will set direction,identifyhigh‑valueuse cases, guide technical teams, and help translate emerging technologies into scalable, repeatable advisory services.

WhatYou’llDo:

- Trusted advisor: Act as a senior point of contact, buildinglong‑termclientrelationshipsandidentifyingopportunities tohelp them manage cyber threats and risks in complex environments.
- Executive bridging andtechnology fluency: Provideoutcome‑focusedrecommendations that connect executive stakeholders with technical delivery teams, ensuring technology decisions are commercially relevant,risk‑informed,andpractical to implement.
- Business development: Drive market activation, client presentations, and thought leadership.
- Internal innovation: Define the roadmap forAI‑enableddelivery across cyber resilience offerings, including where agentic workflows, automation, and knowledge assets can improve quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- AI integration: Identifyand shape opportunities to apply AI technologies, including agentic AI, knowledge engineering, retrieval and RAG, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics, to enhance cyber resilience offerings, operational efficiency,



and client outcomes. Work with technical specialists to design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Automation and delivery enablement: Sponsor and guide the use of automation to streamline delivery, clarify requirements for technical teams, and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to client outcomes.
- Practice development: Contribute to internal platforms, accelerators, and knowledge bases; mentor junior colleagues and foster a culture of innovation.

WhatYou’llBring:

- Experience: 8–14 years of cybersecurity experience in professional services, consulting, or seniorin‑house advisory roles.
- Domain breadth: Strongunderstanding of howidentity & access management, cloud security, endpoint protection, network security, threat intelligence, and vulnerability managementcapabilities contribute to cyber resilience outcomes.
- Frameworks: Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK;, andsector‑specificguidance.
- Security operations capability: Strong appreciation of how SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, case management, and response tooling can be applied to improve detection, response, governance, and operational maturity.
- Regulation: Understanding of regulatory landscapes such as GDPR, NIS2, DORA, PCI‑DSS, or equivalents.
- AI & automation strategy: Ability toidentifywhere AI, automation, and agentic workflows can create value in cyber advisory delivery, including assessing suitability, risks, controls, operating impacts, and implementation pathways.
- LLM and RAG literacy: Practical understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, orchestration concepts, document ingestion, vector stores, grounding, and RAG patterns, with the ability to guide design choices and challenge technical approaches.
- Responsible AI: Familiarity with responsible AI principles, prompt engineering best practices, and LLM security considerations.
- Platform understanding: Familiarity with enterprise security, identity, endpoint, cloud, data protection, workflow automation, and modern cloud data platforms,



including how these capabilities can be used to support cyber resilience andAI‑enableddelivery.
- Technology leadership: Sufficient technical depth to shape solution requirements, review technical options, oversee implementation teams, and make informedtrade‑offs, without needing to be the primaryhands‑ondeveloper or engineer.
- Consulting & leadership: Strong communicationskills, proven client management,business development capability,and experiencementoring and directingjuniortechnical and advisoryteam members.

Desirable Certifications

- Cybersecurity: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent senior qualification.
