The role

You'll be the clinical backbone of what we deliver. Working with men who feel "off" but aren't unwell — low testosterone, declining vitality, body composition drift, foggy thinking — you'll run consults, interpret bloods, build protocols, and guide members through their journey.

This isn't a walk-in GP clinic. Every patient has had a proper workup before they see you. You'll be working with full blood panels, diagnostics, context, and time.

What you'll do

- Conduct initial and review consults ( via telehealth)
- Interpret comprehensive blood panels — hormonal, metabolic, micronutrient
- Build personalised protocols (Mens hormones, lifestyle, supplementation, referrals as indicated)
- Review and adjust protocols at renewal consults (typical 3-6-monthly)

What we're looking for

Non-negotiables

- AHPRA-registered doctor
- Genuine passion for men's health, hormone optimisation, and TRT
- Comfortable interpreting nuanced blood work




- Confident prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting mens hormones
- Clear communicator — you explain complex things simply
- Tech-functional — EMR, video consults, digital-first workflow

Strong advantages

- Sports medicine, longevity, or performance medicine background
- Experience with peptides, metabolic health, body composition
- Interest in diagnostics and data-driven practice
- Existing private practice or flexible schedule

What this is not

We'll save everyone time by being straight:

- Not the right role if you're mens hormone-sceptical. Our model is built on it.
- Not a high-volume, quick-turnaround practice. We spend time with patients.
- Not a hands-off arrangement. We want someone who grows with us.
