Our client is a major Kitchen retail supplier. They arecurrently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to work Mon-Fri at their Craigieburnfacility commencing in ac casual capacity.

- 37.5 hours per week
- Onsite Parking

The successful candidate will be responsible for yet not limited to:

- Provide service excellence to internal and external customers as directed by the business
- Answer the phones in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner and direct callsto the relevant personnel.
- Assess customer requirements and process internal/external orders to time requirements maximising warehouse efficiencies
- Order processing Data entry of orders & EDI processing
- Manage and action customer enquiries via phone & email





In order to be successful in this role you will require:

- Experience in a customer service role involving data entry & phones
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel & Outlook (Outlook essential)
- Pronto Experience beneficial but not essential
- Proven time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks autonomously with a high-level of accuracy
- Ability to be versatile, to problem solve, & to multitask
- Strong verbal & written communication and a pleasant, professional, confident phone manner
- Be a team player with a valuable work ethic and a friendly, positive attitude
