We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and skilled Member Concierge to become the welcoming face of our Altona North facility.

This is a unique role focused on delivering an exceptional member experience. You'll spend your day building genuine relationships with our families, supporting children and parents, and ensuring every visit to Athleta is positive, welcoming and memorable.

About the Role

As our Member Concierge, you'll be one of the first people our members see when they arrive.

Your role is to create a warm and welcoming environment, assist families throughout their visit, and support both our reception and coaching teams to ensure every child and parent enjoys an outstanding experience.

This is not a sales role. Instead, your focus is on hospitality, customer service and creating lasting relationships with our members.

Your Responsibilities

- Welcome every child and family with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Ensure all members are signed in correctly upon arrival.
- Assist new members with questions and help them feel comfortable during their first visits.
- Build genuine relationships with children, parents and families.
- Provide information and guidance about classes, facilities and club procedures.




- Support parents while they are at the club and assist with general enquiries.
- Work alongside our reception team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and professional reception and viewing area.
- Be proactive in identifying ways to improve the member experience.
- Create a positive atmosphere that reflects Athleta's values and culture.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Loves working with people and building relationships.
- Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is warm, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping others.
- Presents professionally and takes pride in their appearance.
- Is organised, reliable and proactive.
- Remains calm and positive in a busy environment.
- Enjoys working with children and families.
- Has previous customer service, hospitality or reception experience (preferred but not essential).
