The client is a premier 100% Australian-owned manufacturer specialising in high-quality precast concrete solutions for major civil infrastructure, utilities, and transport networks nationwide. Their Mittagong facility is a dedicated, specialised plant focusing on the advanced production and distribution of heavy-duty, pre-stressed concrete rail sleepers and specialised fastening systems used in major rail corridors, mining networks, and infrastructure projects across the country.

- Pay Rate: $38.64 p/hr + OT and Super
- Hours: 6am to 2:30pm (Shift times may vary slightly)
- Location: Mittagong, NSW

What you need

- 2+ years factory manufacturing or labouring experience
- Computer experience a MUST
- Very strong attention to detail (precision is key for infrastructure standards)




- Happy to be on your feet all day in a production environment
- Looking for secure, long-term work
- Must pass pre-employment Drug + Alcohol test
- Own transport/ability to reliably get to work in Mittagong

What you will be doing

- Factory manufacturing within a precast concrete environment
- Dispatch labouring and stock handling of finished products
- Manual handling, heavy lifting, and physical tasks when necessary
- Preparing, casting, and de-molding heavy-duty concrete sleepers
- Handling specialized rail fastening components, molds, and casting equipment
- Weighing production materials and stacking finished concrete units on pallets
- Trimming, finishing, detailing, and quality checking concrete products
- Completing daily manufacturing and quality control paperwork accurately
- Using hand and power tools for trimming and fitting out products
- Assisting with or working alongside overhead crane operations
- Strictly adhering to safe work practices and WHS guidelines
