Role Overview

You will:

Help execute and deliver friendly service along with working with like minded professionals in the wine bar ensuring each customer receives a great level of service .

Collaborate closely with restaurant manager and culinary leaders to preserve Baix’s and 81 Baix service identity.

Help Lead restaurant operations during service—part time nights and up to 2 lunches per week

Contribute to service evolution, general presentation, consistency, and contributing ideas for wine-pairing and general service elevation .

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in high-end restaurants or cafes ,



with strong understanding of good service standards .

A passion for good produce, food storytelling, and quality service standards .

Exceptional attention to detail, from personal standards to guests needs to presentation of your working surroundings .

Ability to thrive in a tight-knit, cooperative team environment.

A flexible and adaptive approach to evolving menus and service rhythms.
