ConsultANZ is seeking a Project Director for a major civil infrastructure project in Melbourne. This senior leadership role will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from bid phase to close-out.
- Lead the bid process and manage the transition to delivery.
- Ensure health and safety compliance for the team.
- Manage project finances, ensuring budget adherence.
- Develop detailed project programs for timely delivery.
- Manage subcontractors and supply chains.
- Communicate with stakeholders and clients, providing updates.
- Lead and motivate the project team for optimal performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.




- 20+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction specs.
- Expertise in contracts and commercial matters.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
