We're Renewables Pty Ltd, a growing national solar and battery company based on the Gold Coast, and we're looking for 2–3 SAA Accredited Solar & Battery Electricians to join our SEQ team.

If you're sick of companies that overpromise and underdeliver, this one's different. Here's exactly how we work:

THE ROSTER

10 - 14 days on — working regional QLD. Accommodation and travel covered. You're away, you're working, and you're getting paid properly for it.

OT paid daily — every hour over 8 goes on the clock. Saturdays at time-and-a-half. Sundays at double time.

7 days off — fully paid. A full week's pay while you're home. Not annual leave. Not RDO accrual. Paid.

2 weeks local SEQ work — Mon to Thursday only. Fridays off.

This isn't a roster we threw together. It's built to reward people who show up and perform.

THE MONEY

- Competitive base hourly rate
- Battery sign-off bonuses — paid per battery commissioned
- Panel install bonuses — paid per panel during each regional trip
- OT paid every day you earn it
- Our electricians are on track to exceed $200,000 per year

We're a quality-first business. That means every install is done right, every time — no shortcuts, no "she'll be right," no leaving it for the next crew.





You'll be leading installations, not doing labourer work. We have apprentices and trade assistants on crew for that. But if the job needs an extra set of hands and you're standing there — you jump in. No eye-rolls, no "that's not my job." That's the standard, and everyone on our team holds it.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Residential solar and battery installations across regional QLD, with a explicit pathway into:

- Solar farm work
- Off-grid systems
- Leadership and site management roles

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- QLD Electrical Licence (open/unrestricted)
- Someone who takes accountability — if something goes wrong, you own it and fix it
- Willingness to work regional (this is non-negotiable for the role structure)
- Attitude above everything else — we can build skills, we can't fix culture
