Alliance Group are currently seeking casualLabourers/Trades Assistants to join our team in the Mining, Industrial and Construction industries in the Hunter Valley, with work ranging on sites from Newcastle to Muswellbrook. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general labour tasks such as assisting skilled workers, using hand tools, and maintaining a secure work environment
- Assist with the setup and teardown of equipment and machinery
- Operate machinery under the supervision of a skilled operator
- Working at Heights
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain a clean and organised work site




- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Construction or mining industry experience is preferred but not required
- White Card
- Highly Desirable (not required)
- Order 45 Medical
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- EWP HRWL
- Scaffolding
