Urban Republic is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Manufacturing and Production staff to join our team on a casual basis . This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will contribute directly to the production of quality products. Based in Campbellfield VIC 3061 , this position is perfect for individuals looking for adaptable work opportunities within the assembly and process work sector. You will be part of a team dedicated to maintaining high standards of efficiency, quality and safety across our production operations.

Key responsibilities

Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols

Performing assembly tasks and process work with precision and attention to detail

Inspecting products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards

Preparing raw materials and components for the production process

Packaging and labelling finished products for distribution

Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations

Following written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leaders

Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or process work is highly desirable





Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards

Ability to work efficiently and safely with manufacturing equipment and machinery

Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment

Reliability and punctuality, particularly important for casual positions
