CBR Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a Commonwealth regulator based in Sydney. This role will focus on policy implementation, data collection, reporting, and business process improvement. To be successful, you will bring 5-10 years' experience in business analysis or a related discipline, along with solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and project deliverables.
- Utilise knowledge of regulatory frameworks to interpret organisational requirements and interpret them into solutions.
- Manage the project DevOps Board.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews.
- Manage UAT and support testers during system testing and UAT.
- Create process maps and reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Plan and report on business analysis and QA tasks
- Perform data analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and evaluate solution options.

What You Will Need

- The ability to work across both technology and business domains.
- Experience working in regulatory environments.
- End-to-end project experience, including process mapping and UAT scripting and testing.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and research skills
- Capable communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience translating business requirements into documented needs for process, personnel, and IT functions.
