The Role

- As part of our management team you'll be involved in:
- Quoting and estimating projects
- Site inspections and project assessments




- Project management from start to finish
- Scheduling staff and coordinating workflows
- Supervising day-to-day site operations
- Domestic and commercial electrical installations
- Residential and commercial solar & battery installations
- Customer liaison and contractor coordination
- Leading apprentices and maintaining exceptional workmanship
- Assisting with the ongoing growth and management of the business

About You

- We’re looking for someone who is:
- An A-Grade Electrician or 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice
- Reliable, motivated and organised
- A solid communicator with leadership potential
- Passionate about quality workmanship
- Keen to continue learning and developing professionally
- Looking for a long-term career with real opportunities
- Previous solar and battery experience is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right person.

What We Offer

- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus(paid after 12 months of continuous employment)
- Base salary package from $130,000 for the right candidate
- Up to $140,000 for accredited Solar & Battery Electricians
- Profit Share Opportunity(potential for additional $2,000–$3,000+ per quarter)
