MacKillop Family Services in Sunshine, VIC, is seeking a Child Wellbeing Practitioner to provide initial engagement, assessment, information, and referrals for children, young people and families experiencing vulnerability, risk or family violence within The Orange Door.
You will work within an integrated practice model, perform wellbeing and risk assessments, deliver family-centred responses, and collaborate with partner agencies to improve outcomes.
