We are looking for an exceptional Club General Manager to bring our newest location to life and establish Saint Haven Bondi as one of Australia’s most sought-after wellness destinations.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to lead a flagship club from the beginning, shape its culture and build an extraordinary team and member community.

With complete ownership of the club’s performance, you will:

- Lead the successful opening and ongoing operation of Saint Haven Bondi
- Create a warm, elevated and highly personalised member experience
- Build, inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Own the club’s P&L;, budgets, commercial performance and key business targets
- Drive membership growth, engagement and retention
- Grow revenue across wellness, food and beverage, and member experiences
- Partner with department leaders and practitioners to deliver exceptional results
- Maintain impeccable standards across service, safety, presentation and operations




- Bring fresh thinking to continuously evolve the Saint Haven experience

About You

You are a commercially minded, people-first leader who knows how to make every interaction feel considered and special.

You will bring:

- At least five years of senior management experience within luxury hospitality, wellness, fitness, leisure, hotels or spa
- Strong experience managing a P&L;, budgets and commercial performance
- A proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- An instinctive understanding of premium service and member experience
- The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and lead with clarity
- Genuine warmth, humility and emotional intelligence
- A passion for wellness, innovation and creating meaningful communities
- Experience opening or launching a recent venue would be highly regarded
