Essential criteria
- More than 5 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
- Experience/Exposure with Salesforce Industries including Omni Studio
- Exposure to OOP and Apex (Triggers, Controller, Classes) for debugging and managing minor enhancements.
- Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 or ADM211 & Platform App Builder
- Demonstrable robust problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, patience, and an understanding of how their role impacts the overall customer experience is essential.
Desirable criteria
- Platform Developer 1 Certification or Omnistudio Certification.
- Exposure to HTML, CSS and JavaScript is added advantage
- Work within an Agile delivery methodology.
