National Sales Manager – Lead Strategy, Inspire Teams, Drive Growth

We are seeking a proven sales leader to manage our sales team and drive sustainable profitable growth. As National Sales Manager , you’ll combine strategic vision with hands‑on leadership to build performance, inspire people, and deliver outstanding results.

The Role

You will own the company’s sales performance across Australia. This includes:

Developing a National Sales Strategy aligned to the company’s core values & objectives, & in close collaboration with Marketing.

Executing Sales Strategy through your internal & external sales team.

Identify geographic & market opportunities to add great salespeople. Effectively recruit, onboard and build your high performing team.

Setting SMART objectives for your team, regularly monitoring progress and supporting your team members to achieve, ‘kick goals’ and thrive.

Leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing your Sales Team’s competance.

Analysing market trends, gaining customer insights and using those to inform your strategic plan, refining and honing the team’s winning go-to-market strategy

Driving tender activity through the identification, coordination, and submission of national bids

Managing lead allocation,



pipeline health, and use of the CRM to drive data-driven decisions, coaching and performance management discussions.

What We’re Looking For

Demonstrated success in managing a Nationwide Sales team

Strong ability to collaboratively design and implement sales strategies that deliver measurable growth

Proven success in mentoring, coaching, performance management, and recruitment

Proficient in CRM usage and reporting, with proven ability to leverage data to drive results

Experience with tender processes and managing large, multi-state accounts

Strong communication and stakeholder management across internal and external partners

Flexibility to travel regularly for team, client, and regional stakeholder engagement
