Trinity College Colac is seeking applications for the Position of Leadership (POL) - Director of Learning and Teaching, commencing in 2027 for the POL cycle.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead within a new Position of Leadership structure and strategic plan cycle where you will lead the College's vision for learning through evidence-informed curriculum, pedagogy and instructional best-practice.

- experience coaching and mentoring teachers
- experience leading accreditation, compliance, or school review processes
