ThoughtWorks is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer (Python & AI Tooling) to act as the primary client contact and drive technical vision across projects. You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on coding, mentoring teams, and advocating for DevSecOps and clean code across the delivery cycle.
You will work with Python/Node.js and React, applying TDD, CI/CD and contemporary design patterns. Onsite work at client locations may be required in Australia, with ThoughtWorks’ cultivation culture
