Monash Health Psychology is seeking an experienced and strategic senior psychologist to lead our Agile Psychological Medicine Clinics (APM)—a flagship service delivering early, evidence‑based intervention for consumers presenting through acute mental health pathways.

In this senior leadership role, you will provide operational management across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality, responsive care for individuals experiencing acute distress, including suicidal ideation and complex mental health conditions. A core focus of the role is ensuring fidelity to Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT), embedding a culture of outcome monitoring, consumer feedback, and continuous improvement in clinical practice across the service.

You will lead a large multidisciplinary team, drive clinical governance and service performance,



and support delivery of evidence‑based interventions aligned to the APM model of care.

About You

You are a highly experienced psychologist with:

AHPRA registration and endorsement in Clinical or Forensic Psychology

AHPRA-approved supervisor status

Extensive leadership experience in public mental health

Strong expertise in clinical governance, workforce leadership, and service development

Experience implementing or leading Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) or outcome‑focused models of care
