- Identify, develop and secure major rental opportunities across Western Australia.
- Build and grow strategic relationships with key mining, industrial and energy customers.
- Develop and execute account plans that increase market share, revenue and long-term customer value.
- Lead complex proposals, tenders and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

- Proven success in business development, strategic sales or key account management within mining, power generation, industrial or related sectors.
- Robust mining industry experience with established customer networks across Western Australia.
- Technical knowledge of power generation, compressors, temperature control, electrical, mechanical or related equipment solutions.
- Demonstrated experience developing, influencing and winning major projects, tenders and complex customer opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly regarded: Experience within the rental equipment, power generation or temporary infrastructure sectors.
- Experience managing strategic customer portfolios and long-term account growth plans.




- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage pipeline activity, forecasting and customer engagement.
