We are partnering with a large, well-established organisation to appoint a technically strong Financial Accounting Manager to support a busy reporting and compliance function. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys owning the numbers, improving controls and working across a complex, multi-entity environment.
Your recent role
- Lead month-end reporting including group consolidation and variance analysis
- Maintain strong balance sheet control, including review and approval of reconciliations
- Oversee statutory reporting and tax compliance (FBT, income tax, and regulatory returns)
- Manage and develop a small finance team
- Act as key contact for external auditors and tax advisors
- Drive process improvements across reporting, controls and governance
What you'll need to succeed
- CA/CPA qualified with strong financial accounting foundations
- Proven experience in a corporate or multi-entity environment
- Strong technical reporting, compliance and reconciliation expertise
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
