Our client is a well-established Sunshine Coast advisory firm with over 40 years’ success, known for delivering high-quality, personalised accounting and business advisory services. With a strong reputation across the region, they work closely with clients to reduce risk, grow businesses and build long-term wealth through a cooperative, relationship-driven approach.

The Role:

- Manage and support a portfolio of SME clients across tax, compliance and advisory

- Provide proactive business advice including forecasting, cashflow and structuring

- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

- Work closely with experienced Partners and senior team members

- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment

About You:

- 3–5+ years’ experience in Australian public practice

- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion

- Strong technical skills across tax and business services





- Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction

- Proactive, organised and motivated to grow into a senior role
