They are now seeking a Minor Works Project Manager to join their growing team. This role would suit an intermediate level PM, or a Junior PM or site manager looking to step up.

The Role:

You’ll take the lead on managing up to 5 small-scale commercial projects at any one time, ranging across retail, hospitality, office fitouts, and specialist works at Sydney Airport.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations
- Regular reporting to senior management
- Driving projects from initiation through to completion

About You:
