ONCALL Group Australia is seeking a National Quality, Compliance and Risk Manager to lead accreditation and compliance across the organisation. You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate internal and external audits and embed safeguarding practices.

Reporting to the National Manager - Clinical, Safeguarding & Quality, you will develop policies, manage incident reports, and build robust relationships with staff while aligning with NDIS and DHHS requirements.
