Duties
- Manage projects from pre-construction and procurement through to completion and handover
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance
- Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Build strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders
- Monitor project risks, variations, costs and programme requirements
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard
Skills & Experience
- Project Management experience with a reputable commercial head contractor
- Solid fitout, refurbishment and/or live environment construction experience
- Experience delivering commercial projects $10M and above
- Experienced with Procore, Aconex or alike
- Construction Management, Building or related qualification preferred
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
