Role Title: Technical Platform Manager AI & Data

Location: Sydney

Role Overview

Seeking a Technical Platform Manager to support the operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the AI platform .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day to day platform operations, incidents, risks, and technical dependencies.
- Coordinate platform enhancements, integrations, APIs, data connectors, and access management activities.
- Support release planning, testing, onboarding of new features, and production deployments.
- Drive incident, problem, and service management processes, including escalations and operational reporting.
- Work with engineering teams on monitoring, observability, platform health, and SLA tracking.
- Maintain runbooks, operational documentation, governance records, and stakeholder communications.
- Support change management, security, privacy, and access governance activities.




- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Technical Platform Management, SaaS Operations, Service Management, or Technical Delivery.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud, or AI platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, data connectors, authentication, and change management processes.
- Experience managing incidents, releases, and operational governance.
- Exposure to monitoring, observability, and platform support activities.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Glean or similar Enterprise AI/Search platforms.
- Knowledge of GCP, AWS, or Azure environments.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and automation concepts.
- Exposure to SIEM/ELK, security, privacy, and access management processes.
- Experience in large enterprise environments such as telecommunications or financial services.

Note- Must have valid Australian work Authorization.
