Reporting to the Head of Total Reward, Performance & Recognition, you’ll lead end-to-end performance, remuneration and incentive programs, benchmark against markets, and ensure governance aligns with policy.
You’ll build solid relationships with HRBPs and executives, deliver data‑driven insights, prepare high‑quality papers, oversee job grading, monitor market trends and support payroll.
