ISM is seeking an E-Learning UX / Instructional Designer to support the continued growth of our digital learning portfolio. This role suits a developing learning designer or graduate student who is ready to take ownership of defined learning components while continuing to build capability under the guidance of senior stakeholders. You will work across multiple learning projects, contributing to the design, build, and enhancement of engaging online learning experiences aligned to industry and learner needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build eLearning modules, assessments, and learner resources
- Apply instructional design principles to improve clarity, flow, and engagement
- Support UX improvements across digital learning platforms and LMS environments
- Translate content from subject matter experts into structured digital learning assets
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines and quality standards
- Review and refine existing learning content to support continuous improvement
- Contribute to documentation, templates, and learning design standards

About You

- 1–2 years of experience in eLearning,



instructional design, and learning design or a graduate student
- Comfortable working with LMS platforms and learning technologies
- Strong attention to detail and an organised, delivery-focused mindset
- Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively
- Eager to grow, learn, and take on increasing responsibility

Desirable (but not essential)

- Experience using authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate)
- Exposure to UX concepts or learner experience optimisation
- Experience in corporate, professional, or compliance-based training environments
