About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Myaree WA location. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills within a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment. As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain service excellence, and foster a positive team culture. This role is instrumental in supporting the overall success of the restaurant and directly contributes to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.

Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service across all service periods.

Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and food safety compliance

Address customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction

Contribute to achieving sales targets and implementing promotional activities

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Support recruitment, onboarding,



and development of team members

Assist in maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambience

Report to the Store Manager on operational matters and assist with problem-solving

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene standards

Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills

Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required in the hospitality sector

Strong organisational and time management skills

Customer service excellence and problem-solving abilities

Experience with inventory management and cost control

A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
