Capability HR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead as the senior HR partner locally during a 12-month maternity cover. You will partner with executives and global HR teams, guiding governance and complex ER while overseeing HR operations and payroll accuracy.
With a shift to governance changes and a proactive stance on global HR processes, you’ll drive performance cycles, succession planning and key-person retention, balancing strategic input with hands-on oversight.
