- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance model performance and output quality
- Ensure academic rigor, precision, and intellectual depth across all deliverables

Who You Are
- Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university
- Has a strong track record of research, publications, or complex technical project management
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator with meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K., or Australia
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment
- Motivated by intellectually demanding work that has real-world impact
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
- Familiarity with AI model evaluation workflows or prompt engineering
- Experience spanning multiple academic disciplines or applied research settings
