The Opportunity

We're seeking a capable and motivated Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager to play a key role in the commercial delivery of a landmark project in Casuarina, NSW .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of contract administration from project start-up to finalisation
- Procure and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Administer head contracts, variations, progress claims, and EOTs
- Forecast and report project financials, ensuring cost control and budget alignment
- Collaborate with site and design teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues
- Contribute to risk management and value engineering initiatives
- Assist in mentoring and developing junior team members
- Ensure compliance with company systems, standards, and legal obligations

About You

- 10–15 years' experience in contract administration within the construction industry
- Proven track record managing head contracts and subcontractor packages across residential and/or mixed-use projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Confident taking ownership and driving commercial outcomes
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
