- Review, compile, and analyse records using scheduling or database software.
- Draft expert reports and claims responses/rebuttals with minimal supervision ensuring clarity, brevity, and impactful communication.
- Act as an Assistant or Lead Assistant, overseeing technical reports, expert reports, and client strategy recommendations.
- Work with colleagues and our Business Development Manager to help secure new client appointments and strive to continuously identify and deliver business development initiatives for the business.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, law or a related field
- Studying towards a professional accreditation with CIArb is preferred
- Minimum of 7 years post graduate experience working for a construction or engineering contractor or specialist claims consultancy. Project delivery experience is essential
- Experience working on contentious disputes is highly regarded, especially arbitration and/or other formal dispute resolution experience
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft large sections of skilled reports
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience
- Ability to process,
model and present large data sets
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- High level of attention to detail
