This is an opportunity to design and implement the target operating model for Master Trust, translating critical success measures into clear outcomes across governance, process,serviceand risk. You will help create a reliable,compliantand member-centredoperating model by strengthening accountability, provider oversight, servicecontinuityand the transition to target-state ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate critical success measures into a practical target operating model, includingaccountabilities, controls, service standards, decisionrightsand operational hand-offs.
- Identifyand support sustainable operating expense reduction opportunities.
- Define andmaintainend-to-end process, role and RACI documentation for internal teams and service providers.
- Lead operating model design workshops to confirmcurrent-statepain points, target-state requirements,dependenciesand critical decisions.
- Develop success measures and operational readiness criteria covering service continuity, member experience, risk and compliance controls, data quality, provider performance, issueescalationand benefitsrealisation.
- Identifybusiness impacts, capability gaps, resourcing needs, transition risks, training requirements, changeactivitiesandimplementationsequencing.
- Establish governance,cadenceand reporting artefacts to track readiness, decisions, risks, dependencies, criticalissuesand outcomes.
- Produce high-quality executive documentation, briefing materials and implementation artefacts to support decision‑making, stakeholderalignmentand handover to BAU teams.
What you will bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in insurance withinsuperannuation, including exposure to insurers and funds.
- Demonstrated experience developing comprehensive business reporting thatprovidesmeaningful insights to business leaders.
- Experience coaching,mentoringand supporting team members to perform at their best.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement experience across forums,boardsand senior leadership groups.
- The ability to translate complex operational requirements into clear,practicaland sustainable ways of working.
- A strong understanding of risk culture, provideroversightand regulatory expectations relevant to superannuation operations.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or equivalent experience.
