We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager who can work independently, able to take take ownership of their portfolio , client relationship and motivated to development. Candidates at other levels will also be considered for the right fit. Senior manager is an advantage.

We are located in center of Rockdale, secured parking is available or public transportation is at steps.

Strata registration or license is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee routine maintenance and repair works of portfolios, meeting arrangement
- Oversee compliance with relevant strata legislation
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with all stakeholders
- Providing proactive advice & problem solving.

- Strong knowledge of strata legislation and best practices
